Refund policy
At Canvono, each product is made especially for you once an order is placed. Because our products are custom made through print on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items must not be used, washed, or altered if a claim is being made.
