TWIG & TAPE BREWING CO. — est. 1974. Sauce served cold. The barn, late ice only. A beer that doesn't exist, from a company that doesn't exist, drawn the way a label actually was in 1974: two flat spot inks in bone and warm amber, a keyline frame, banner bands, a heavy condensed serif, hop sprigs with a pair of sticks crossed in behind. Sauce is a pass — a puck lifted over a stick and landed flat. Sauce is also what's waiting in the room. Both meanings are true at once, which is the entire reason this is a beer label and not a chirp in a sans-serif.
Printed on the Bella+Canvas 3001 — the soft, well-cut staple tee, not a boxy blank. Direct-to-garment printed, so the ink sits in the fabric rather than on top of it. Thirteen dark colorways: oxblood black, brown, black, heather emerald, forest, navy, maroon, heather midnight navy, dark grey, heather navy, dark grey heather, heather forest and cardinal.
