Clamshells are the exercise every physical therapist prescribes and every patient promises to do at home. The PT can always tell who actually did them. This physical therapy tote bag carries the whole caseload wherever the day goes.
CLAMSHELL CLUB sits in heavy rounded capitals above three cute cartoon clams on little exercise mats, each doing the clamshell with its top shell opening from the hinge. One strains against its stretch band with sweat flying, one grins through every rep, and one has quietly taken its band off and is visibly done with it. Flat cartoon drawing with thick clean outlines, eight flat inks and not a word of small type.
Long shoulder handles and a roomy interior, with space for lunch, a foam roller and a spare pair of shoes.
It makes a great gift for the PT, PTA or DPT student in your life: the new graduate heading into their first clinic job, the colleague who always has a band in their bag, or the whole team for October's PT Month.
Packed, ready, and definitely doing the home exercises.
