How it works

Tell us what you want

Write to us with a link to the piece and a few words on the change: the name, the wording, the colors, the idea.

Approve your mockup

Within 48 hours we send a free mockup of your piece, exactly as it would be made. Not right yet? We revise it with you.

03

We make it

You approve, you order, and your piece is made for you alone. Custom pieces are final sale; a flawed one is still replaced free.

What it costs

Free with your piece

Names, word swaps, and color changes on any design in the shop. The piece costs what the piece costs; the personalization is on us.

Artwork reworks

Upgrading or swapping the art itself carries a small design fee, quoted with your mockup before anything is decided.

From scratch

Commissions are quoted after we hear the idea. You will know the number before we draw a line.

The ground rules

  • Nothing trademarked, celebrity-owned, or unkind. We may decline a request respectfully.
  • Custom work passes the same quality checks as everything else in the shop.
  • Custom pieces are made for you, so they are final sale. Flaws are covered like any piece: see Returns & Exchanges.
