The dog gets the chair, the good blanket and the last bite of everything, so Dad gets to carry the gear. This dog dad tote bag hauls the treats, the leash and the tennis ball, and tells everyone who really runs the house.
DAD'S CHAIR is set across the front in heavy block capitals, with DAD'S crossed out in one thick marker stroke and DOG'S written above it in loose marker lettering, underlined to make it final. The new owner lies belly-up across the word CHAIR, all four paws in the air and tongue out, not planning to move. Three inks and thick outlines, flat and bold, so it reads from across the park.
Long shoulder handles and a roomy interior, with space for the walk kit and the ball he will not give back.
A gift from the dog for Father's Day or Christmas, or a housewarming present for the couple whose new puppy already has its own chair.
Everyone knows whose chair it is.
