The design is drawn like a reverent 1970s hobby-magazine advert in flat inks: LOST IN 1912 across the top, a single wheat-cent coin struck dead centre in halftone with rays radiating behind it, and FOUND ON SATURDAY across the bottom. No punchline and no wink, just the two dates and the coin between them, because this one was never a joke. The range keeps to light shades on purpose: the bare fabric between the marks becomes the newsprint. Made for cold-morning hunts and club nights when a tee won't cut it.
This is the one a detectorist buys for themselves, the piece that says the thing the hobby is really about, that only someone who does it would think to choose.
