Every remote worker keeps a private list of phrases they would ban if they could. It is short, it rarely changes, and it gets longer every time someone opens a call with a quick sync that runs forty minutes. This is that list, posted like building policy.
The artwork is a rule sheet in the language of public signage. Three prohibition signs across the top, each a ring and a slash over a simple icon: a looping arrow, two hands pressing a small base, a lightning bolt. Beneath them, three rules set in tall, heavy capitals at one identical height: No circling back. No touching base. No quick syncs. Two flat inks, and the icons are knocked out so the shirt itself shows through them.
Soft and easy, cut for a full day of cameras off.
It lands on the colleague who winces every time a thread gets circled back to, the partner who has overheard one too many touch bases through the office door, or the friend who just left corporate life and wants it in writing. Most people buy the first one for themselves.
