There is a line somewhere around your sternum and everybody who works from a spare room agreed to it years ago without a single meeting about it. Above the line: presentable, awake, employed. Below it: nobody's business but yours. It is the only workplace policy that has ever enforced itself perfectly.
The artwork just draws the thing. One thick dashed guide line spans the chest at the exact height the camera gives up, a chunky square handle sitting at each end like you could reach up and drag it, and BUSINESS ABOVE THIS LINE set in one heavy row of modern sans directly above it. Three flat inks laid straight onto the fabric, no card behind the type, no frame closing it in. Nothing is borrowed from any app, and there is no second line explaining the first, because wearing it is the explanation.
Soft and heavy with a hood for the mornings the heating loses.
It lands on the person whose camera has framed the same corner since 2021, a partner who has heard the whole treaty explained out loud, or a December team exchange where nobody needs the joke unpacked.
